Abu Dhabi International Airport is a major hub for IndiGo as it now provides direct connectivity between Abu Dhabi and Kochi & Kozhikode along with seamless connections to several other cities in India.
Spread over an area of 8,500 acres, this airport comprises two parallel runways and three terminals - Terminal 1 (1A and 1B), Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
Terminal 1
This terminal is the oldest facility, featuring a bi-level arrival and departure area with nine main gates equipped with aerobridges and several bus boarding gates.
Terminal 2
A new facility mostly used for low-cost carriers, featuring three bus-boarding gates, two baggage claim belts and 19 check-in counters.
Terminal 3
This terminal is the newest addition to the airport with a bi-level facility, featuring several bus boarding gates, a large food court and duty-free area.
