- InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) has made available an option to its customers (“Customers”) to receive a refund amount pursuant to cancellation or rescheduling of a booking made on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) using the Customer’s registered login account, in the form of a credit shell (“IndiGo Cash”).
- IndiGo Cash can only be utilized for making payments towards the purchase of tickets and/or services under the same registered login account of the Customer on IndiGo’s website.
- IndiGo Cash will be credited to the Customer’s login account upon the cancellation or rescheduling of the booking.
- IndiGo Cash will be accumulated and will expire within a period of twelve (12) months from the date of refund of the relevant amount to the Customer in the form of IndiGo Cash.
- All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding IndiGo Cash and refund amount should be submitted at customer.relations@goindigo.in.
- If the refund amount and/or anything to be done by IndiGo in respect of the refund credited to IndiGo Cash is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other any causes, then IndiGo shall not be liable for any consequence.
- All bookings are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
- IndiGo reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this IndiGo Cash in case of any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
- IndiGo Cash is non-transferable, non–exchangeable and non-encashable.
- By opting to receive the refund amount for cancellation of IndiGo flight ticket to IndiGo Cash, Customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
- IndiGo Cash will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of refund amount credited to IndiGo Cash and/or anything to be done by IndiGo in relation to this IndiGo Cash will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
