Humberto Delgado Airport has two terminals. There is a free shuttle that connects T1 and T2, making it convenient for passengers. The airport is also connected to the city through the subway system. T1 is used by most airlines, except low-cost airlines. All arrivals are at this terminal. T2 is a departure terminal for low-cost airlines only.

The arrivals area is equipped with an information desk, rental car counter, baggage carousels, banking facilities, and storage for luggage. This arrival level is also connected to the parking . The departure area is divided into public and restricted zones.
