  • Please be aware of your hand bags and personal belongings at all times during your journey as IndiGo cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to hand luggage.
  • Please file a formal complaint at the destination airport as soon as you realise the loss of baggage. Any baggage receipt without a complaint issued against it is considered to be delivered correctly and in good condition.
  • We also request you to only exit the baggage delivery area after reporting your lost/damaged baggage to an IndiGo representative. Failing to do so leads us to consider the baggage to have been delivered correctly and in good condition.
