This offer is only applicable for domestic flight bookings made on the IndiGo website or app. This offer will not apply to tickets purchased at offline IndiGo counters.
Only logged-in or member users (“User”) will be able to avail this benefit.
Customers have to use the same first name, email ID, and mobile number combination to make the bookings as was used while purchasing the Moko 6E luggage.
Once the ticket is booked, the customer will receive a mail from IndiGo confirming their eligibility for 2 kg of additional baggage allowance with Moko 6E.
To avail this offer, the customer needs to contact IndiGo customer care on 0124-6173838 at least 4 days prior to their date of travel.
In case of group bookings, this offer will only apply to the User whose first name, email ID, and mobile number details are matched with the Moko 6E luggage purchase.
Make sure you carry the Moko 6E luggage while travelling to avail this benefit.
The 2 kg of additional baggage allowance is applicable on flight tickets booked only after the purchase of the Moko 6E luggage.
Users can avail this benefit multiple times and up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Users can choose to purchase additional baggage over and above the free 2 kg allowance (charges involved).
Each customer is only allowed a 2 kg excess baggage allowance in total, regardless of the number of the Moko 6E luggages they have while travelling.
