This mail is a gratitude mail.
On December 6, I had to parcel an important bag of winter clothes and trekking shoes to my nephew at Delhi. He had forgotten the bag ,by mistake at t...he airport ,when he flew out of Vizag that morning and needed it urgently for his forward journey to the Himalayas.
Mr. Satyanarayana Bitta, the staff at the cargo office of Indigo at Visakhapatnam ,was extremely helpful to book the bag on the first flight to Delhi the next day morning. He personally made sure that the bag was on the flight and called me to confirm it.
This mail is to appreciate his honest,sincere and commitment towards his work and to thank him for going put of the way to make sure that the bag reached Delhi on time for my nephew to collect it for his forward journey.
Had this bag not reached on time,it would have been difficult for him to join his trek group.
The bag was not locked but all the contents remained safe in the bag.
I wish to congratulate the Team Indigo for training their staff for such wonderful service to their customers.
I thank Mr. Satyanarayana Bitta for his kind gesture and helping me out ,in time.

Hi, As i write this at 6:52 PM waiting in the queue at the boarding gate, I'd like you to know that this has only been possible because of one of your super employees, Mr. Siddharth from agile. I had ...a flight to indore: 6E 646 scheduled to leave at 7:35 PM. With 10 minutes to go before the counter for check in closes, I was in the metro trying to give myself the slightest hope to catch the flight in time. That is when Mr. Siddharth extended his support and guided me from a small route to the airport via a secret elevator. He also showed me the way to the counter and when someone asked him as to what was he doing there, he replied with a smile "helping this man in trouble". It was due to him that I have made it to the flight and employees like Siddharth make Indigo a super amazing flight. Cheers!
