According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on "Facilitation of visa procedures for foreigners and stateless persons arriving in the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with the 2024 Formula 1 racing to be held in Baku" foreigners and stateless persons arriving in the Republic of Azerbaijan to participate in the Formula 1 can obtain visa at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan by presenting one of the following documents between August 15 and September 30, 2024:
