The IndiGo Digital team is seeking to establish a near-shore center in Gurgaon to fulfill personnel needs on a time and material (T&M) basis. The vendor selected should possess strong capabilities in AI, adopt a digital-first mindset, and have proven expertise within the aviation industry. Additionally, the vendor must maintain an office in Gurgaon to ensure smooth collaboration and support for our Digital and IT-related projects.

1. Vendor Expertise in Cloud Computing, AI, and Aviation:
   Vendors must have verifiable experience in delivering Cloud and AI-driven solutions tailored to the aviation industry. This includes proficiency in platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with AI applications like predictive maintenance, customer personalization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
2. Digital Mindset and Innovation:
   Vendors should demonstrate a commitment to innovation and a strong digital-first approach. They must showcase their use of cloud-based AI, automation, and data analytics to drive digital transformation efforts.
3. Near-Shore Presence in Gurgaon:
   The vendor must operate from an established office in Gurgaon with the capacity to house at least 125 personnel, expandable to 200. This enables close collaboration, regular interactions, and prompt deployment of resources onsite as necessary.
4. Skilled Personnel in Cloud and AI:
   The vendor is required to provide personnel skilled in cloud technologies (architecture, deployment, DevOps) and AI (machine learning, data engineering). The team should hold relevant certifications and have hands-on experience, particularly in the aviation sector.
5. Scalability and Flexibility:
   The vendor must be capable of scaling resource capacity to meet project demands. The facility must support at least 125 seats, with flexibility to expand to 200 when required.
6. Compliance and Industry Standards:
   Vendors must ensure adherence to all applicable industry standards and compliance requirements, including data security protocols, aviation regulations, and best practices for cloud governance.
7. Governance and Performance Metrics:
   A governance framework for monitoring resource performance, quality assurance, and project timelines must be in place. The vendor should provide clear reporting channels, escalation processes, and regular performance reviews.
8. Cost Structure and Contract Terms:
   The vendor must present a detailed cost proposal, including a clear rate card for T&M resources across different roles. Contract terms should offer flexibility for scaling, resource substitutions, and penalties for non-performance.
9. References and Previous Experience:
   Vendors must submit references and case studies highlighting their experience in Cloud, AI, and aviation projects, with an emphasis on large-scale successful implementations.
10. Infrastructure and Security:
    The Gurgaon office must be equipped with strong infrastructure, including secure IT systems, data protection protocols, and reliable networks, capable of supporting sensitive aviation and digital initiatives. Expertise in implementing and supporting industry-leading platforms is also necessary.

General requirements:

IndiGo is looking for accommodation requirements for its Cockpit crew in Delhi, preferably close to the airport, on an immediate basis for a contract period of 2/3 years. If you meet the pre-qualification requirements given below and are interested in participating in the bid, please share your expression of interest as given in the last section. Detailed and complete information shall be shared in the formal RFP to all the qualified bidders.

• 5 - star category
• 50-60 rooms per day should be available for IndiGo.
• All rooms should be King size bedded rooms for single occupancy and twin bedded for double occupancy.
• Room size should be no less than 30 square meters.
• Travel time from the airport should be under 10 KM.
• 24 hours dedicated check in Desk facility.
• Round the clock In-room dining facility
• Safety and security measures to the satisfaction of IndiGo.

• Number of rooms in the hotel
• Number of room nights assured by the hotel
• Distance from the airport
• Vehicle for Airport Transfer
• Rooms available from [current or any specific date]
• 24 hrs Flexible check in & check out without any pre-block charges as rooms would be back to back basis
• Provide three times vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to all Employees occupying the rooms at the Hotel in the form of 3 options (buffet; in-room dining from IndiGo format menu; and A La Carte meals).
• Provide 24 (twenty-four) hours high speed internet facility.

If you meet the pre-qualification requirements given below and are interested in participating in the bid, please share your expression of interest as given in the last section. Detailed and complete information shall be shared in the formal RFP to all the qualified bidders.

• Accommodation requirements for its crew in Delhi,
• Certified & Registered property under Indian Hotel operations laws.
• Travel time from the airport should be under 14 KM & less than 45 Min travel time.
• 90-100 rooms per day should be available for IndiGo.
• All rooms should be on twin bedded for double occupancy & king size bedded rooms for single occupancy.
• 24 hours dedicated check in Desk facility.
• Round the clock In-room dining facility
• Safety and security measures to the satisfaction of IndiGo.
