digibank by DBS Offer

Validity: Every Wednesday and Sunday till 31st March, 2020.

Below are the Terms and Conditions:

• This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) and digibank by DBS (“digibank”), to the customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket on a Wednesday and Sunday between March 13, 2019 and March 31, 2020 (both days included), on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application, using a digibank debit card.
• digibank shall offer a cashback of INR 300 (Rupees three hundred only) to the Customers booking an IndiGo flight ticket, on a Wednesday and Sunday falling within Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application using a Card. This Offer is applicable on the minimum booking amount of INR 999(Rupees nine hundred and ninety-nine) for a Booking made by a Customer during the Promotion Period.
• The first successful transaction per Card during the Promotion Period will be considered for the cashback.
• Notwithstanding the above, digibank shall offer a cashback of INR 500 (Rupees five hundred only) to the Customers who are first-time users of digibank Savings Account and who are booking an IndiGo flight, during the Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile application using a Card. The first transaction using Card on IndiGo’s website or mobile application by a Customer who has opened a digibank Savings Account with a code ‘BBINDIGO’ during the Promotion Period, will be eligible for the cashback.

        In order to avail the cashback of INR 500, the Customer is required to undertake the following:

                Download the digibank by DBS application (“digibank by DBS App”) from Google Playstore or Apple AppStore;

                Register with referral code ‘BBINDIGO’ and insert your basic details in the digibank App;

                Open a digibank Savings Account by inserting your permanent account number (PAN) and Aadhaar number;

                Complete your Aadhaar authentication as per options available in the digibank by DBS App;

                Get the physical debit card and book a ticket on IndiGo’s website or mobile application.

• The Offer shall be valid for new Bookings made during the Promotion Period in accordance with these terms and conditions. It is hereby clarified that the Offer shall not be applicable to bookings that have already been made or bookings that have been made and are subsequently being modified in any manner.
• The cashback will be processed to the Customers within 60 (sixty) days from the end of Promotion Period and credited to digibank Savings Account as applicable, subject to Customer’s compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.
• IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns and issues, regarding the Offer and/or the cashback, should be taken up directly with digibank. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
• digibank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or provision or performance of any such goods or services provided by IndiGo.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion. The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. The Offer may be modified or terminated, at any time by IndiGo and digibank, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• All Bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in and this Offer is also subject to the DBS Bank’s terms and conditions available at (https://www.dbs.com/digibank/in/deals)
• Any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, will not be eligible for the Offer. The Offer is not valid on group bookings.
• digibank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of this Offer in case of any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• The Offer is valid for transactions in Indian Rupees only.
• The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
• By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with digibank.
• The Customers agree that by availing this Offer, the details pertaining to the payment transaction completed on IndiGo’s website or mobile application during the Promotion Period, shall be shared with digibank in order to enable digibank to process the cashback.
• The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
