Terms and conditions apply for 6Exclusive Fare and Convenience Fee:

1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) is offering a discount of up to fifteen percent (Up to 15%) on the base fare of the relevant flight booking to passengers who have selected 6Exclusive Fare (“Offer”) when booking IndiGo operated domestic and international flights through IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) or IndiGo 6ESkai or IndiGo WhatsApp (+917065145858) from 00:01 hours on December 14, 2024 up to 23:59 hours on December 18, 2024 (“Offer Period”). Airport fees and charges and Government levied taxes will be applicable on the discounted value of the fare.
2. Additionally, IndiGo is offering zero change fee in the event of any changes made on flight bookings) from 00:01 hours on December 14, 2024 up to 23:59 hours on December 18, 2024 (“Offer Period”). Payment will only be required if there is a fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions. Zero change fee will be applicable only on flight bookings made during the Offer period.
3. 6Exclusive Fare discount is applicable for travel dates beyond 3 days from date of booking.
4. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore, discounts will be provided, subject to availability of inventory and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
5. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
6. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
7. The Offer is applicable to one-way, round-trip and multi-city flights for domestic and international travel on select fare types. The Offer is, however, not applicable to IndiGo’s group bookings.
8. The Offer is valid for all IndiGo non-stop & connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
9. All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-ofcarriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.
10. The Offer is subject to force majeure events. IndiGo reserves the right to modify these terms, or to replace (wholly or in part) the Offer with another offer (whether similar to the Offer or not), or withdraw the Offer, at any time, without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. Withdrawal of the Offer will not affect the tickets purchased during the Offer Period.
11. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
12. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
13. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
14. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
